Q: How soon do you ship orders?
A: Almost all our items are physically in stock at our warehouses. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment. USA customers will also have the opportunity to upgrade shipping speed to Priority or Express(overnight) during the Checkout process (after you buy & click PAY NOW). Outside USA, you can upgrade to Air or Express(1 week).
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Shipping charges are $3.99 for the entire order within USA, regardless of size and value. Orders will be shipped by economy surface using one of the major carriers. Shipping charges outside the USA are calculated and displayed for review before you make payment.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii?
A: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes as well as APO/FPO military addresses. We also ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and all US territories. USA shipping rates (as published on our item descriptions) apply to all military and US territory addresses.
Q: Could you clarify what is included with my purchase?
A: Complete details of what is included are specified under the Contents section of all our item descriptions. Please do not go by the picture alone. Since we deal in theme rooms, components shown in some of the pictures may be sold separately. Be sure to review the Contents section of our item description before buying.
Q: Why I did not receive a reply to my previous email?
A: We have a dedicated customer support team who answer every email within 1 business day of receipt. We also offer live chat services. Some email service providers may mark good emails as spam/junk/bulk, based on certain criteria. Please check your bulk/spam folder or reset your mail filter options.
Q: How do cancel an item I bought?
A: We will make every attempt to cancel your purchase if we get to your email requesting cancellation before your order is committed for shipment. If your order has already been processed for shipment, it may be too late to cancel. In that case, when you receive your order, just mark the package "Return to Sender" or "Refused". We will refund your payment after we process your return.
Q: May I have a tracking number for my order?
A: We ship our items using UPS and US Postal Service. All shipments within USA will have tracking numbers. If you created an account, you will be able to view tracking information by logging into your account. Only limited tracking information may be available for military locations & addresses outside USA. |

A: We want you to feel completely comfortable shopping with us. We stand behind every product we sell and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, many of our items can be subject to personal preferences. To make your purchase a risk-free experience, we offer 200-day returns - no questions asked. We stand by every word on our item listing. If we wrongly described an item, trust us, it was unintentional & we'll refund your full payment upon return of the order. If the item received had an undisclosed material defect, please email us about it. We'll send you return instructions & replace it (or refund if out of stock).
Q: What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay with a Money Order or Check?
A: We accept most major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover) and Paypal.
Q: Can I pay in a currency other than US Dollars?
A: We are sorry, but all orders are payable in US dollars. You can use a credit card or Paypal to pay in US dollars from most countries. If you are in Canada, you can also buy a Postal Money Order in US dollars. We do not accept non-USA personal checks. We also do not accept bank wire transfers.
Q: I get an error when I try to checkout. What should I do?
A: This is very rare, but yes it can happen. Almost always, such issues are temporary and get resolved in a few minutes. If you continue to get an error with our checkout, we apologize. Please email us and we will set it right for you.
