• Please include the packing slip included with your shipment to help us identify the order. If you do not have the packing slip, include your order number with the return.
• Include the reason for returning the item along with your return.
• The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original package along with any insert.
• Refunds or replacements are processed within 5 business days of receipt of return. Refunds are sent to your original payment method.
• We do not issue prepaid return labels. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer.
